His calm demeanor is in striking contrast to CJ’s sarcastic attitude, which allows Woozie to both be hilariously out of place and a cool figure amongst many hotheads. Woozie’s a mysterious person due to the fact that he was supposed to be blind, yet could drive and shoot better than most without ever actually addressing how.

The majority of mission-givers in GTA III are bland, in that they simply provide Claude with details of what he’s meant to do, after which they have no real part to play. His chemistry with Tommy also has a heartwarming aspect for the way Ken remained loyal to him. He embodies quite a few of the ‘80s traits the game is set in, such as a party mentality and the general way he dresses. He’s much more frantic and jittery in San Andreas because of addiction issues and being ditched by Tommy, so the younger Ken has a better arc.
